Dominoes in Copenhagen (1. aug 2013)

1st August 2013, 7000 60cm tall plaster bricks in downtown Copenhagen, placed some fifty centimenters apart.

Four thirty p.m.: the first brick falls down, pushing the second, and then the third, and… All the domino bricks fall, one after another.
Silently (surprising silently!), and rather slowly.

It took some thirty minutes in total for all the bricks to fall, drawing a long, white path.

Entering the City Court, and the National Museum, and then the City Hall.

I witnessed the “performance” in three points, before following the path til the end, in Rådhusplads before the City Hall.

There everything was done, and the kids, improvised masons, already started playing.

Here below a selection of photos, displayed chronologically.
